HabitMove Complete User Guide

Full user guide for habitmove.com, HabitMove Pass, Habit App, profile, attendance, referrals, premium subscription, WhatsApp, and support.

What HabitMove is

HabitMove helps people build consistent yoga, breathing, calm, and wellbeing habits. The platform combines online classes, live sessions, course access, attendance tracking, guided breathing, referrals, reminders, and progress support.

From a user perspective, the goal is simple: register once, access the right HabitMove area, join sessions, mark progress, invite friends, and keep building a daily wellbeing habit.

HabitMove websites and apps

  • habitmove.com is the main website for registration, login, courses, dashboard, Profile Yoga, attendance, referrals, premium subscription, resources, and user support.
  • app.habitmove.com is the Habit App experience for daily habit tracking, app login, habit reminders, mobile progress, and consistency support.
  • pass.habitmove.com is the HabitMove Pass experience for pass, membership, and access journeys.
  • backend.habitmove.com is used by admins, instructors, and staff for operations, reporting, content, users, email automation, WhatsApp automation, AI voice automation, commissions, and settings.
  • help.habitmove.com is the Help Center for user guides, app documentation, and operational help articles.

Creating an account

A user can create an account from the registration or start-free journey on habitmove.com. The account should use the same email address and mobile number the user wants to use for course access, WhatsApp reminders, and membership/pass access.

After registration, the user may receive confirmation or verification messages by email and WhatsApp depending on the journey they joined.

  • Use the correct email address because course access, reset password, and reminders depend on it.
  • Use a WhatsApp-enabled mobile number when available so HabitMove can send login codes, reminders, and challenge nudges.
  • If the user joins through a referral link, the referral code is captured during registration so rewards can be attributed correctly.

Login options

Users can log in with email and password where that option is available. HabitMove also supports Google login and WhatsApp login in user-facing login experiences where enabled.

If a user has more than one HabitMove area, such as Consumer Account, Instructor Account, Pass or Admin, the account switcher can show the available areas after login.

  • Email login uses the registered email address and password.
  • Google login uses the Google account connected to the same email address.
  • WhatsApp login sends a fresh 6-digit login code to the WhatsApp number linked to the account.
  • If login works in one HabitMove area but not another, the user should confirm the same email, same phone number, and correct account area are being used.

Email verification and WhatsApp verification

Email verification confirms that the user can receive HabitMove email messages. WhatsApp verification confirms that the user can receive WhatsApp login codes, reminders, and challenge messages.

Verification is important for daily challenge communication, password reset, attendance nudges, and support follow-up.

  • If an email does not arrive, check spam, promotions, and the exact spelling of the registered email address.
  • If a WhatsApp message does not arrive, confirm the number includes the correct country code and that WhatsApp is active on that number.
  • If the user changed their email or phone number, an admin may need to update the user profile before verification works again.

Reset password

Use Forgot password or Reset password from the login page. Enter the registered email address and open the reset link from the most recent email only.

Password reset links are time-sensitive and can become invalid when a newer reset email is requested. If the token is invalid, request a new reset link and use the latest email.

  • Always use the most recent reset password email.
  • Do not reuse an older reset link after requesting a new one.
  • If the reset page says the token is invalid, request another reset link and complete the reset immediately.
  • After resetting the password, return to the login page and sign in with the new password.

Dashboard and My Courses

The dashboard is the main place to see assigned courses, completed courses, course progress, live chat actions, previews, membership access, and related account actions.

My Courses shows courses that belong to the current account area. If the user is also an instructor or admin, they may need to switch to the correct HabitMove area to see the expected content.

  • Preview opens the course preview where available.
  • Live Chat opens the live session or communication flow where enabled.
  • Progress shows how many sessions are completed in a course.
  • Completed labels indicate course or session completion status.

Joining a live session

Current live sessions can be joined from the dashboard, course card, Profile Yoga page, or session links where available. Users should join with the same account that owns the course, pass, membership, or premium subscription.

  • Open the dashboard or Profile Yoga page.
  • Find the current course, challenge, or live session.
  • Select the join, live, or session action.
  • If access is blocked, check membership, pass, course purchase, subscription status, or account area.

Profile Yoga page

The Profile Yoga page is the daily user hub for yoga progress. It helps users mark attendance, view progress, join current live sessions, invite friends, access quick actions, and continue the daily habit journey.

  • Mark attendance for the current day after completing practice.
  • Use View Your Progress to see consistency and attendance history.
  • Use Invite Friends and Win Rewards to share the referral code and earn free yoga days.
  • Use Quick Actions to reach the most common next steps quickly.

Marking attendance

Attendance is used to show consistency and help HabitMove understand who is practicing regularly. Users should mark attendance after completing the day practice or session.

  • Open Profile Yoga.
  • Complete the practice or live session.
  • Tap the attendance action for the day.
  • If the page says today is already marked, no further action is required for that day.

View progress

Progress helps users see their consistency over time. Depending on the active challenge or course, progress can include attendance, sessions completed, journal completion, streaks, and course progress.

  • Attendance progress shows daily practice completion.
  • Course progress shows completed sessions inside a course.
  • Challenge progress shows daily completion during a challenge.
  • Journal progress helps users reflect on daily practice and habit formation.

Yoga challenge and journal

For a yoga challenge, users may receive daily reminders to join practice and a follow-up message after practice. The journal helps capture daily reflection, answers, and a one-word summary where the challenge includes journaling.

Journal details can support personalized follow-up, accountability nudges, and future AI-assisted email or WhatsApp communication when configured by HabitMove.

  • Complete the daily practice.
  • Open the journal link for the day.
  • Answer the reflection questions.
  • Add the one-word check-in where requested.
  • Submit the journal so progress can be recorded.

Invite Friends and Win Rewards

HabitMove referral rewards encourage users to invite friends into the yoga habit journey. Friends can receive free yoga days when they join through a referral link, and the referrer can unlock reward days when invite milestones are reached.

  • The referral code is shown in the referral section and profile where enabled.
  • Referral codes should use the first five characters of the first name, an underscore, and five random lowercase alpha-numeric characters.
  • The referral link format is typically https://habitmove.com/ref/{code}.
  • Use Share on WhatsApp to send the invite directly.
  • Use WA Status to share the invite as a WhatsApp status where supported.
  • Invite 1st friend can unlock reward progress such as +7 free yoga days when the reward rule is active.

Student and instructor referral codes

Student and instructor referral use cases can be different. A student referral is usually used for inviting friends and earning yoga-day rewards. An instructor referral can be used for referral-based commission tracking.

The user-facing invite link should open a valid public registration journey. If an instructor sees a backend or app referral link that does not open, the link target should be checked by the HabitMove team.

  • Student referral focus: friend invitation, free days, challenge growth, and community sharing.
  • Instructor referral focus: commission attribution and instructor-driven learner acquisition.
  • Both referral journeys should use consistent code generation rules where possible.
  • Links should point to the correct public domain for the target journey.

HabitMove Premium subscription

HabitMove Premium is separate from one-off course fees and standard membership. It is designed for ongoing access to YouTube Live yoga and calm sessions, guided breathing techniques, calm and relaxation practices, habit-based reminders, progress nudges, and consistency support.

  • Monthly plan is for users who prefer a low monthly commitment.
  • Quarterly plan can offer a monthly saving and is billed every three months.
  • Annual plan is recommended when it gives two months free compared with monthly.
  • A 14-day guided start or trial may be shown when configured.
  • Discount codes may be available depending on active Stripe or HabitMove promotions.

Membership, course fee, pass, and premium subscription

HabitMove can include several types of access. A course fee normally grants access to a specific course. Membership can grant access to a membership bundle or class plan. HabitMove Pass can grant pass-based access. Premium subscription is recurring access to calm, live, breathing, and habit support benefits.

  • Course fee: access to a specific course or course bundle.
  • Membership: access based on a membership package.
  • HabitMove Pass: pass or membership access journey through pass.habitmove.com.
  • HabitMove Premium: recurring subscription for live/calm/breathing/habit-support benefits.

Resources and breathing exercises

Resources include guided breathing and calm practices. Breathing exercises can include Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, Cohesive Breathing, Bhramari, and Ujjayi Breathing when enabled.

  • Open Resources from the bottom menu or profile area where available.
  • Choose a breathing exercise.
  • Review the practice instructions.
  • Select the duration.
  • Start the breathing timer and follow the visual and audio guidance where available.
  • Audio may be generated using ElevenLabs when configured with the required voice settings.

Habit App experience

The Habit App at app.habitmove.com supports the habit-focused experience. It is intended to help users build consistency with habits, reminders, goals, streaks, and mobile-friendly progress tracking.

  • Use the same HabitMove account where single sign-on is enabled.
  • Track daily habit progress and streaks.
  • Use habit reminders and nudges to stay consistent.
  • If login from dashboard to Habit App fails, the account token, callback URL, and shared login configuration should be checked by the HabitMove team.

HabitMove Pass experience

HabitMove Pass at pass.habitmove.com supports pass and membership access. Users can use it when their journey is based on pass, membership, or access entitlement rather than only a single course.

  • Use the same email and phone number as the main HabitMove account.
  • Check pass or membership status if access is blocked.
  • Contact support if the pass exists but the user cannot access expected content.

Email, WhatsApp, and AI-assisted nudges

HabitMove can send reminders, thanks messages, journal prompts, attendance nudges, and progress support by email and WhatsApp. These messages can be automated by schedule and personalized using profile, attendance, and journal data where configured.

  • Morning reminder messages can help users join daily practice.
  • Post-practice thanks messages can encourage consistency and journal completion.
  • Nudges can support users who have not started or have missed journal entries.
  • Personalized AI-assisted messages should use accurate stored data and should remain supportive, respectful, and non-medical.

Account areas and role switching

Some users have more than one account area. For example, a person may have Consumer Account access, HabitMove Instructor access, HabitMove Pass access, Habit App access, or HabitMove Admin access.

  • Consumer Account is for normal learner and customer access.
  • HabitMove Instructor is for instructors managing courses, learners, commissions, or instructor content.
  • HabitMove Pass is for pass and membership access.
  • Habit App is for mobile/app habit tracking.
  • HabitMove Admin is for staff and business operations.

Troubleshooting common issues

  • Cannot log in: confirm the correct email, password, account area, and login method.
  • Reset token invalid: request a new reset link and use the latest email immediately.
  • WhatsApp code not received: confirm country code, WhatsApp activation, and registered phone number.
  • Course missing: check the active account area and whether the course is assigned to that user.
  • Referral link does not open: confirm the referral URL domain and that the code exists.
  • Attendance not updating: check whether the day was already marked and whether the user is on the correct Profile Yoga account.
  • Subscription not active: check Stripe payment status, selected plan, and the email used during checkout.

Support

If a user is blocked, they should contact HabitMove support with their registered email address, WhatsApp number, the page URL, and a screenshot of the issue.

For privacy and safety, HabitMove should not request passwords by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Users should reset passwords through the official reset password flow only.
