Intent Type Formatting

How to define user goals and route each conversation to the right scenario.

Overview

Intent Types define the categories of user intentions that the AI Employee can recognize and respond to.

Each intent should describe one clear user goal and tell the AI Employee what action or scenario to start when that goal is detected.

Formatting Rules

Use the title format: ## **<Intent Name>**.

Lead intents can use [L]. To-do intents can use [T]. Example: ## **[L] Appointment Request**.

The body should include the intent description and the action, such as Start Scenario 3.

The user is asking about in-person prenatal or antenatal yoga classes.
ConvoAgent starts the scenario: "Suggesting Private Yoga Session".
