Overview
Twilio sends incoming phone calls to HabitMove through a webhook URL. The AI Voice assistant answers the call through that webhook.
Setup Steps
- Open Twilio Console.
- Go to Phone Numbers, Manage, Active Numbers.
- Choose the number you want the AI assistant to answer.
- Under Voice Configuration, set "A call comes in" to Webhook.
- Paste the HabitMove webhook URL and choose HTTP POST.
- Save the configuration.
