Use it to review what the AI assistant is expected to know before connecting real calls.
Best Practice
- Save after editing the Workflow Builder.
- Review the generated Test Script tab.
- Add FAQs, pricing, links, class rules, and cancellation policies to Training Knowledge.
- Run test calls before switching the assistant to Ready.
