Use it to review what the AI assistant is expected to know before connecting real calls.

Best Practice

  • Save after editing the Workflow Builder.
  • Review the generated Test Script tab.
  • Add FAQs, pricing, links, class rules, and cancellation policies to Training Knowledge.
  • Run test calls before switching the assistant to Ready.
