Overview
Outbound Call CSV files let you create call batches from structured CSV rows. Each row should contain a phone number and the reason the AI Employee should call.
CSV Requirements
- Include a header row.
- Use valid international phone number format with country code.
- Avoid duplicate phone numbers in the same batch.
- Keep the reason to call clear and specific.
