Overview
The Workflow Builder is where you define how the AI Voice assistant understands and handles calls.
The board contains Introduction, Intent Types, Scenarios, Procedures, and Outbound Call CSV files.
Recommended Order
- Start with Scenario 0: Introduction.
- Define Intent Types to classify user goals.
- Create Scenarios for each major call flow.
- Use Procedures for repeated details such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and dates.
- Add Outbound CSV batches only when you are ready to queue outbound calls.
